Abstract
The mental health of adolescents is a topic of increasing importance in our society. Knowing the mental health literacy of this population may provide key information to improve prevention and intervention policies. This research analyses the psychometric properties of the MHLq-E Spanish version, a self-administered self-report questionnaire on mental health literacy, specific to the adolescent population. A descriptive cross-sectional study including a representative sample of Spanish adolescents aged 12–16 years (N = 1000) was conducted. Results reveal a four-factor structure: help-seeking; stigma; knowledge of causes; knowledge of symptomatology. The selected four-factor solution accounts for 35% of the shared variance. High internal consistency, item reliability and good measures of validity were found. The global reliability of the questionnaire was α = 0.92 and ωt = 0.94. The reliability of the dimensions ranged from α = 0.79, ωt = 0.79 for Stigma to α = 0.87, ωt = 0.87 for Help. Factor loads were significant and above 0.4 suggesting appropriate convergent validity, and evidence of discriminant validity was also adequate. Although it differs from the original instrument, the analysis is consistent with other research and highlights the multiple dimensions of mental health literacy. The MHLq-E is the first instrument available in Spanish to assess mental health literacy in adolescents in Spain.

Abstract
The curricula of bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education should provide optimal tools for teaching practice. An analysis of these curricula in Spanish universities reveals a lack of vocal training. The aim of the present study is to determine whether vocal training in these courses leads to greater knowledge of vocal patterns and techniques, which could lead to greater satisfaction and a lower tendency to abandon the profession. A descriptive–comparative and predictive quantitative study was carried out using an ex post facto, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 519 pre-school, primary, and secondary school teachers from all over Spain. The results have confirmed that there is a correlation between having received initial training in vocal hygiene and singing and a tendency to take additional courses in these areas. Furthermore, there is evidence that women and teachers with vocal disorders of the type studied are more aware of voice care in their profession. Finally, a lack of correlation was observed between the training received and the degree of knowledge about vocal health and hygiene. This suggests that both the quantity and quality of training in this area should be increased.

Abstract
This article deals with the opinions and attitudes of the adolescent population toward death and its possible treatment in formal education at a public secondary school in Spain. To do so, we use a mixed methodology - DEA-S scale (n = 366) and three focus groups (n = 23), using descriptive statistical analysis, cluster analysis and qualitative thematic analysis. As in other studies, these students show moderately positive attitudes toward the inclusion of death education at their school, but their position is not unanimous, and above all, they admit its inclusion with certain reservations and conditions that reveal a limited conception of the educational potential of death education: they do not consider it appropriate at all educational stages and are critical of the way in which similar topics are usually dealt with at school. The analysis provides important didactic guidelines for the promotion of death awareness in secondary education.

Abstract
This study explores the perceived effects of a home-based end-of-life social care program in palliative care in Spain, from the perspective of caregivers. A qualitative study using semi-structured interviews with 75 caregivers from the INTecum project. Non-probability purposive sampling was used to recruit the study participants. The analytical process followed a thematic analysis. Caregivers expressed several factors that were influential in reducing stress and anxiety. Knowing that they can count on a case manager in a situation of need was highlighted as very positive. Another important factor that helped to create a positive sense of security was the speed of the project in offering its services. One of the problems that arose was the lack of support in situations where a transition between home and hospital care was required. Aspects such as listening and kindness, and affection, are highlighted in a very positive way. In addition to the final desires, caregivers also recognized that it was important for professionals to take their relative’s wishes into account when making decisions. Incorporating a psychosocial component in palliative care for both patients and family caregivers is recognized and such actions are recommended, as well the strengthening of social and health care coordination.
